2.1 Information You Provide

PuppyDiary is designed with a privacy-first approach. All pet health data you enter is stored locally on your device only. We do not require account creation, and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

Data you enter in the App includes:

  • Pet profiles: Pet name, type, breed, birthday, gender, weight
  • Health records: Vital signs, excretion records, activity & mood, symptoms
  • Preferences: Language selection, notification settings, selected pet

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export and share it.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

PuppyDiary does not use any analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. We do not collect:

  • Device identifiers or advertising IDs
  • IP addresses or location data
  • Usage statistics or behavioral data
  • Crash reports (unless provided by the platform)

2.3 Third-Party SDKs

The App integrates the following third-party SDK:

  • RevenueCat: Used solely for managing in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous transaction data (purchase tokens, subscription status) to process payments. RevenueCat does not collect personal information from our App. Privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

Since all data is stored locally, we use your information solely to:

  • Provide pet health tracking functionality within the App
  • Display scheduled local notifications (e.g., birthday reminders)
  • Process subscription purchases through Google Play

Your pet health data is stored exclusively on your device using an encrypted local database (SQLite). We do not operate servers that store your data. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.

  • Pet & health data: Retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App
  • Subscription data: Managed by Google Play and RevenueCat per their respective retention policies
  • Preferences: Stored locally until you clear app data or uninstall

8. Children's Privacy

PuppyDiary is suitable for all ages (4+ content rating). Since the App does not collect any personal information, does not require account creation, and stores all data locally, it is safe for use by children under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

9. Your Rights

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times. You can:

  • View all your data within the App
  • Export your data using the App's export feature
  • Delete individual records or pet profiles at any time
  • Delete all data by clearing app data or uninstalling the App

10. Push Notifications

PuppyDiary uses local push notifications for pet birthday reminders. These notifications are generated and scheduled entirely on your device. No data is sent to external servers for notification delivery. You can enable or disable notifications in the App's settings.

由于所有数据存储在您的设备本地，您可以随时完全控制自己的数据：查看、导出、删除单条记录或宠物档案，或通过清除应用数据/卸载应用删除所有数据。

8. 推送通知

PuppyDiary 使用本地推送通知进行宠物生日提醒。通知完全在您的设备上生成和调度，不会向外部服务器发送任何数据。您可以在应用设置中启用或禁用通知。
