PuppyDiary offers subscriptions through the Google Play Store. GACW does not directly process payments and therefore cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the app store. All refund requests must be submitted to Google Play.
To request a refund for a purchase made on Google Play:

Cancellation and refund are separate actions:

| Cancel subscription | Stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current paid period. No refund is issued. |
| Request refund | Requests money back for a specific purchase. If approved, access may be revoked immediately. |
