Refund Policy

1. Overview

PuppyDiary offers subscriptions through the Google Play Store. GACW does not directly process payments and therefore cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the app store. All refund requests must be submitted to Google Play.

2. Google Play Store Refunds

To request a refund for a purchase made on Google Play:

Within 48 Hours of Purchase

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history
  3. Find the purchase and tap Refund

After 48 Hours

  1. Visit https://play.google.com/store/account
  2. Find the order in your purchase history
  3. Select Request a refund or Report a problem
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions

Alternatively, contact Google Play support at Google Play Help Center.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions where the full billing period has been consumed
  • Purchases made more than 48 hours ago (at Google's discretion)

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refund are separate actions:

To cancel a subscription: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > PuppyDiary > Cancel

2. Google Play 退款

购买后 48 小时内

  3. 找到购买记录并点击退款

超过 48 小时

  1. 访问 Google Play 账户页面
  2. 在购买历史中找到订单
  3. 选择申请退款报告问题

3. 取消与退款的区别

  • 取消订阅:停止未来续订,当前已付费周期内仍可使用高级功能,不退款
  • 申请退款:请求退还特定购买的款项,审批通过后可能立即撤销访问权限
