Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

PuppyDiary offers the following optional subscription plans:

Prices are displayed in your local currency in-app at the time of purchase. Regional pricing may vary.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Google Play Billing. GACW does not directly collect or store payment information.

  • Google Play Store: Payments are processed by Google. See Google's terms at Google Play Terms

3. Google Play Terms

  • Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Google Play Store account settings.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests are handled by Google Play.

4. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. If the price increases:

  • Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
  • Google will require your consent before charging the new price.
  • If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Price changes do not affect the current billing period.

5. Manage Your Subscription

You can view, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play settings.

Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
  4. Tap Subscriptions
  5. Select PuppyDiary from the list
  6. Choose a different plan, or tap Cancel subscription to cancel

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the steps above.

  • Cancellation does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
  • After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of the current paid period.
  • Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.

Important: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the Google Play Store settings as described above.

2. 付款处理

所有付款均通过 Google Play 结算处理。GACW 不直接收集或存储付款信息。

3. Google Play 条款

  • 确认购买时将向您的 Google Play 账户收费。
  • 除非在当前计费周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅将自动续订。
  • 您的 Google Play 账户将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内按所选方案的费率扣费续订。
  • 您可以在 Google Play 商店账户设置中管理和取消订阅。
  • 部分计费周期不予退款。退款请求由 Google Play 处理。

4. 管理您的订阅

  1. 打开 Google Play 商店应用
  2. 点击右上角的个人头像
  3. 点击付款和订阅
  4. 点击订阅
  5. 从列表中选择 PuppyDiary
  6. 选择其他方案，或点击取消订阅

5. 取消订阅

您可以随时取消订阅。取消后，您仍可在当前已付费周期结束前使用高级功能。

重要提示：删除应用不会取消订阅。您必须通过 Google Play 商店设置取消。
