By downloading, installing, or using PuppyDiary ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and GACW, Hong Kong.
PuppyDiary is a pet health diary application that helps pet owners track their pets' daily health metrics, including vital signs, excretion, activity, mood, and symptoms. The App provides intelligent symptom analysis and health reporting features. The App is available on the Google Play Store.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
Important: PuppyDiary is a health tracking tool designed for informational purposes only. It does not constitute veterinary advice. The symptom analysis feature is for reference only and should not be used as a substitute for professional veterinary consultation. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet's health concerns.
All content you create in PuppyDiary (pet profiles, health records, notes) is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of all content you create.

The App and its original content (including design, code, graphics, and UI elements) are the property of GACW and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
PuppyDiary offers optional premium subscriptions ("PuppyDiary Pro") with monthly and yearly plans. Current pricing is displayed in-app at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of Google Play.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through Google Play Store settings.
PuppyDiary offers a free tier with core features, limited to 2 pets. All health tracking features are available on the free plan.
Refunds for purchases made through the Google Play Store are subject to Google's refund policies. See our Refund Policy for details.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App for violation of these Terms or conduct harmful to other users or the App. Since PuppyDiary does not require an account, termination applies to subscription services only. Upon termination of a subscription, your access to premium features ceases at the end of the current paid period.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
GACW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. THE SYMPTOM ANALYSIS AND HEALTH INSIGHTS PROVIDED BY THE APP ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE VETERINARY ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GACW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

PuppyDiary 提供可选的高级订阅（"PuppyDiary Pro"），包含月度和年度方案。付款通过 Google Play 结算处理。订阅自动续订，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
本应用按"现状"和"可用"基础提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保证。GACW 不保证应用不间断、安全或无错误运行。症状分析和健康见解仅供参考，不构成兽医建议。
在法律允许的最大范围内，GACW 不对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。我们的总责任不超过您在索赔前 12 个月内支付给我们的金额。
本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖。任何争议应先通过电子邮件联系我们进行非正式解决，香港特别行政区法院拥有专属管辖权。
